Meet the Staff Members of
O’Neill Elder Law

Tracy L. Kuehnel

Tracy L. Kuehnel joined O’Neill Elder Law in the fall of 2011 as a paralegal. After her first career working for an electrical contractor, Tracy graduated with honors from the ABA Approved Paralegal Program at Inver Hills Community College and is a current member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association. Her educational focus on elder law and her fun and outgoing personality made her a great addition to the law office.

Tracy enjoys working at O’Neill Elder Law because when you walk through the door, you immediately feel at home.

“The warm and cozy atmosphere is not only created by the surroundings, but by Jennifer herself. She has a natural ability for putting the clients at ease and making them feel like family. I noticed it my first day and continue to see it every day. Our unique clientele makes every day an adventure. I’m honored by the opportunity to step into their lives and help them plan for their future and their family’s future.

People often have the misconception that elder law is dealing with old people. It’s not old people, but old age issues. I make it my personal mission to make sure those needs are met. I want the clients to feel we have done our job to inform, protect, and plan for their future.” — Paralegal Tracy L. Kuehnel

Tracy, along with her husband Chris, live in Woodbury, Minnesota. She takes great pleasure in quilting, gardening, and relaxing on her deck. Tracy truly gets a kick out of spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
